  • What is the Temperament Assessment (APS) and why is it so important?

The Temperament Analysis report provides your counselor with a wealth of knowledge about you. This eliminates the need to spend countless sessions just “getting to know you.” It saves time and money and it is the basis for all of our therapy.

Temperament Therapy is successful because it allows the counselor to address issues at the source, the inner man, rather than the outer manifestations or “symptoms”. Temperament Therapy will give you a better understanding of the person God created you to be and open the door to healing and restoration.  Research and experience demonstrate that Temperament Therapy is more than ninety percent (90%) successful when administered by a counselor certified in this technique.

  • How do I know if counseling would be helpful?

Meeting with a therapist can be helpful when you are struggling with; emotions, dealing with trauma, adjusting to circumstances, improving relationships with; spouse, family, friends, coworkers, or needing help with a specific challenge, or finding direction in life. Everyone needs help once in a while.
